Warda Al-Jazairia (???? ?????????; literally “Warda, the Algerian”), commonly referred to as just Warda (????) ( July 1940), is an Algerian singer. She is well known in the Arabic music community for her Egyptian songs and music. She is one of the most famous Arabic artists due to her powerful voice. She was born the youngest of five children near Paris in Puteaux in 22 July 1940. Her father, Mohammed Ftouki was one of the first Algerian immigrants to France, ran a hotel for migrant workers at Boulogne-Billancourt then became the owner of an Arabic music cabaret in the Quartier Latin called the Tam-Tam (named after the three initials of the three Maghreb countries, Tunisia, Algeria, and Morocco). She used to sneak out of her room every night and hide in one of the corners for two or three hours to listen to the band while they were playing or rehearsing in her father’s night club below and then she would sing for her self the next morning. In those days Warda was unable to write any Arabic, she always had to ask her older brother to write out all her Arabic songs in the Latin alphabet. From time to time Warda’s father was tolerant enough to allow his daughter’s brief appearance on a stage of his club at the request of a friend. @sunyypony I Don’t think there is any harm for some one to love music from different culture,Just for your attention? there is lot of jewish peoples who lived in Arab countrys for centuries ago and they are even today and they are very good singers,Please peoples leave politics in the corners and love each others,As muslim it’s sin for me to insults anybody and his religion or race in particulars, everybody is free to believe or not,I think everbody deserve to be respected.

If you are interested in that kind of therapy, you have to know that the greek sophist Anthiphon was in fact its father. This is not well-known, but is true.
The fifth chapter of “Ancient wisdom” from Michel Onfray talks about it. At the end of that? book, look at “Works used”: there you can find the books from whose his thoughs come from.

@zenjabyl25 read the rest of my comments im not a jew im an iranian muslim. And psychology is taught as a major in saudi arabia and many other islamic countries including iran. Have you ever heard the phrase “talking about it helps”– that came from freud’s work. Many western countries disregarded the oedipus? complex as well, but that wasn’t all he was known for. He was and still is considerered the father of psychology and you can’t deny that.
SUPERBE? CHANSON, MERCI.
